This position can be based out of any BKD office.   At BKD, our Transaction Services team is led by a talented team of experienced transaction advisors, who have a sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated. If you’re an experienced diligence professional and motivated team builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to talk to you!   In this position, you will explore new frontiers, use your positive and engaging communication style to influence and motivate team members and build strong relationships within the organization and with clients. Further, you will have meaningful support from firm leadership for staffing and business development in addition to the ability to perform due diligence while living inside or outside of traditional major markets.    The ideal candidate will have a background of high-quality engagement execution, strong marketing skills, and a broad network in Healthcare. Your primary responsibility will be growing a practice through the execution of financial due diligence engagements, new business development, including lead generation, and relationship management. This position represents a significant career opportunity for the right individual.   What You Will Do: - Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements - Analyze financial and operational results of target companies - Evaluate financial information, identify diligence issues and opportunities as well as recommend post-acquisition actions - Prepare and review reports regarding due diligence and financial analysis - Research and analyze industry standards, trends and target companies - Work closely with executives, investment bankers, private equity and corporate clients, attorneys or other stakeholders - Actively pursue new clients for the transaction services team - Recruit, lead, supervise and train team members providing transaction services to clients - Work alongside other BKD team members to exceed client expectations

Identity theft, network hacking and natural disasters could occur at any time exposing a companies’ vital information or making it inaccessible.  BKD’s IT Risk Services and Cybersecurity professionals work with organizations to develop plans to protect from these attacks in areas such as cybersecurity risk assessment, cybersecurity preparedness, threat and vulnerability testing, IT Control testing, social engineering, business continuity planning and many more services.  We also help companies by testing their compliance with various regulatory frameworks.   As a member of the risk services team, you’ll focus on our healthcare clients and be committed to unmatched client service.  If you possess excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, this position is a great opportunity for you!   You will be a part of our challenging, dynamic and progressive work environment with an opportunity to grow professionally with our firm.   What You Will Do:   - Manage HIPAA and other various cybersecurity related risk assessments - Prepare reports or other necessary documentation to detail results of evaluations and otherwise meet the objectives of the project - Submit recommendations to the client for corrective action or to support a recommended approach to solving client needs - Correspond with a variety of clients and communicate security issues, recommendations and deliverables effectively - Supervise junior team members and provide on the job technical training - National travel up to 25% (subject to current state travel restrictions)
