Our SALT team has extensive training in tax accounting, tax law, compliance, audits and economic development benefits, and experience with the tax laws in many states. Our SALT solutions apply to sales and use taxes, income and franchise taxes, property taxes, credits and incentives, and a thorough understanding of multi-state sales & use taxes.     What You Will Do: - Identify optimal filing options - Analyze and review apportionment information - Understand nexus and revenue sourcing issues - Supervise client engagements - Plan and research tax issues - Identify and understand income tax credit opportunities - Prepare technical memorandums - Provide audit assistance - Assist with state tax due diligence reviews, which includes review of target company state and local tax filings, analysis of state tax compliance policies and procedures, quantification of possible exposures, tax research to verify findings, and ability to draft report of findings
