Our Springfield, MO location is looking for a Procurement & Licensing Specialist. In this position, you will be an important member of the IT team by performing IT-related administrative duties including fulfilling purchase requests, processing invoices for payment, tracking and handling software licensing and renewals, and assisting others with inquiries regarding purchases, hardware, software, and budgeting.     What Will You Do: - Complete entire process of procurement for IT-related items This includes obtaining quotes from vendors, reviewing purchase requests, answering procurement-related questions from others throughout the firm, obtaining needed approvals, placing orders through several methods, ensuring orders are fulfilled, and processing invoices for payment - Be the primary point of contact for all visitors and vendors of IT department - Verify and sign for package deliveries - Work with vendors to ensure proper supplies are provided and invoices are received and correct - Track expiration dates, amounts and users on all contracts; provide software details, contract language, license keys, etc. to others throughout the firm - Work with vendors to obtain license keys and quotes; obtain needed approvals for renewals; assist in obtaining quotes and additional information for new software purchases - Process monthly payments for recurring charges (such as telecom), verifying all charges are correct and distributing costs as needed - Track spending and prepare budget reports as requested by management - Provide administrative support for Chief Information Officer and IT leadership
