  • Responsibilities

    Our St. Louis office is seeking a Receptionist to support our team!


    • Manage reception area & assist BKD guests
    • Answer multi-line switchboard
    • General office duties (faxing, filing, mail, typing, order supplies, copying/scanning, process shipments, etc.)
    • Manage conference rooms, coordinate & setup for meetings/trainings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements
    • Coordinate office events
    • Liaison with property management office & office maintenance
    • Reconcile monthly invoices
    • Order business cards & name-tags
    • Office errands
    • Various other administrative tasks as requested.  Backup other administrative staff roles as requested.



    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) & Adobe experience
    • Experience with a multi-line phone system
    • Working knowledge of office equipment (copier/scanner, mail machine, etc.)
    • Professional image, strong communication skills & high level of confidentiality
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Work well in a team environment & positive attitude
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects
    • Prompt, reliable and dependable
    • Ability to work overtime as necessary
