  • Responsibilities

    This position’s main role is to serve as the receptionist and greeter for clients and guests at the Fort Worth office. Additionally, the receptionist supports our partners and staff in various capacities. Timely arrival and great communication skills are a must along with a dedication to providing unmatched client service.

    • Answering calls and greeting clients and guests at the front desk
    • Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail, including mail and fax distribution
    • Maintaining FedEx/UPS and other supplier accounts
    • Maintaining common spaces (e.g. meeting rooms, lobby, break room, etc.)
    • Coordinating of conference room schedules and preparing for meetings
    • Ordering and maintenance of office supplies/inventory
    • Assist in other administrative functions (filing, typing, proofreading, tax processing support, etc.)
    • Perform tax e-filing
    • Perform maintenance of tax due date list
    • Other duties as required


    • Previous work experience in a professional office environment required
    • Personable with excellent customer service and communication skills
    • At least two year’s experience answering a multi-line phone system
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working under deadlines
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects
    • Prompt, reliable and dependable
    • Flexibility in work hours; occasional unplanned overtime will occur. Chances of overtime increase during busy seasons during which some Saturdays may be required.
