  • Responsibilities

    • Proofread documents for accuracy, grammatical correctness and adherence to BKD Stylebook guidelines—including, but not limited to, financial statements, new business proposals, PowerPoint presentations, memos, and news releases
    • Create and modify Word documents using fillable form fields
    • Typing reports and correspondence
    • Preparing and assembling client reports
    • Scan Operator
    • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
    • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks


    • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook); ability to learn various software packages
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
    • Prior experience working with a professional service’s department is preferred
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • High level of professionalism and integrity
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime, as needed
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
