  • Responsibilities

    This is considered a seasonal position which will be available approximately January 14th through April 30th

    Part-Time Hours: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Hours will increase during peak season or as needed and will vary) 

    • General office duties (mail, filing, order supplies, copying/scanning, shipments, etc.)
    • Office meeting & training set up
    • Document formatting & editing
    • Assembly of tax returns and tax correspondence
    • Office errands
    • Other administrative duties & support for partners, and firm leaders
    • Assist other administrative staff roles as needed
    • Occasional unplanned overtime - 20+ hours/week


    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) & Adobe
    • Working knowledge of office equipment (copier/scanner, mail machine, etc.)
    • Professional image & good communication skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Work well in a team environment & positive attitude
    • Occasional overtime may occur
